Originally from Tel-Aviv, Israel, Amit was a chef and restaurant owner back in his native country. Through his years in hospitality and business ownership, he honed his customer service skills, attention to detail, and charismatic personality. "I am highly motivated to patiently navigate my clients through the complex NYC real estate market and guide them through the steps to get the outcome they deserve."

A well-rounded salesperson specializing in sales and rentals in all of Brooklyn, Amit brings his clients the experience, market knowledge, and hard-earned industry connections that make all the difference in their success. He conducts business with utmost honesty and provides constant communication and education so the decisions they make are always with confidence.

Amit recommends to clients that they enjoy the home search process and allow for this experience to be a memorable part of starting new. Having worked in New York City real estate for over six years, he understands the joys and challenges of finding a home and matching each clients needs to a place they feel truly comfortable with.

A New York City resident since 2012, Amit has lived in Queens, the East Village in Manhattan, and currently Williamsburg, Brooklyn. He speaks Hebrew and English fluently. Amit enjoys leading a healthy lifestyle, being outdoors, and cooking in his spare time. He has a dog named Pickel who has become family, and his proudest possession. 

 

Gaurab Reja

Gaurab Reja is a seasoned real estate professional with a robust background in commercial real estate, now bringing his expertise to the Luxury Alliance Team at SERHANT. Coming from a real estate family, Gaurab's passion for the industry was instilled at a young age. His career began with a summer internship at Cushman & Wakefield, formerly Massey Knakal Realty Services, where he gained practical experience in client communication and relationship management.

He then joined CoStar Group as a Senior Research Associate, honing his skills in market research and data analysis. Gaurab transitioned to the NNN Pro Group at Marcus & Millichap, the top net-lease team in the country, where he served as Vice President. In this role, he specialized in real estate underwriting, and financial modeling, developing & executing sale-leaseback programs for private and institutional companies, achieving significant success in transactions totaling over $600 million.

Following his tenure at Marcus & Millichap, Gaurab joined his family’s real estate company, Reja Real Estate Group, as Vice President. There, he managed a diverse $100 million portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties, overseeing acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects. Gaurab’s strategic insights and leadership maximized revenue and minimized vacancies, ensuring the portfolio’s robust performance even during challenging market conditions.

With a passion for real estate rooted in his family's entrepreneurial journey, Gaurab has now transitioned to residential real estate, leveraging his extensive experience to deliver exceptional results for clients with the Luxury Alliance Team at SERHANT.
